Summary

We are exclusive on. Candidate must be local or open to relo and must have Censitrac experience. Part of the job will require them to go on site to conduct some of the implementations and understand current workflow already integrated at the North hospitals to South hospital sites.

Role Technical Project Manager

Location: Miami, FL Hybrid

Independent candiates only

Duration: 6+ months

Client is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of Censitrac (Surgical Instrument Tracking) across multiple hospital sites. This role requires hands-on workflow understanding, strong coordination with clinical and technical teams, and the ability to manage on-site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end to end implementation of Censitrac across designated hospital locations.
Assess and document current surgical instrument workflows and identify process gaps.
Coordinate integration efforts between existing systems and Censitrac, ensuring seamless data and operational flow.
Partner with project leaders, clinical teams, and technical stakeholders to define requirements, manage timelines, and resolve issues.
Oversee on site activities including validation, testing, and user support during rollout.
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership.

Qualifications:

Proven experience implementing Censitrac or similar surgical instrument tracking systems.
Strong technical project management background in healthcare or hospital operations.
Ability to work on site as required and collaborate with cross functional teams.
Excellent workflow analysis, communication, and problem solving skills.
