- Role Summary
- The Syniti Data Migration Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end SAP data migration and data quality activities using the Syniti platform. This role will ensure accurate, complete, and validated master and transactional data migration from legacy systems such as PeopleSoft, BAAN, and Infor LN into SAP S/4HANA across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute SAP data migration tasks using Syniti, including extraction, transformation, and load cycles.
- Support data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities for legacy data sources.
- Maintain data mappings and assist in reconciliation between legacy systems and SAP.
- Identify and resolve data duplication and data quality issues.
- Support test cycles, mock loads, and cutover activities.
- Document migration steps, issues, and resolutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Syniti (SKP) or equivalent SAP data migration tools.
- Experience supporting SAP ERP / S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong understanding of master data, transactional data, and data governance concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience migrating data from PeopleSoft, BAAN, or Infor LN to SAP.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills; ability to perform reconciliation and validation independently.
- Experience working with business data owners and stewards.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
