Summary

We are currently looking for a Workday HCM Implementation Lead. The candidate will be responsible for the implementation and subsequent support and maintenance of the functional and technical aspects of our customer's Workday environment.

The Workday HCM Implementation Lead primarily works with Human Resources, Benefits, Compensations, and Payroll teams. This role is the point of contact between different functional departments and clients/stakeholders. This role will design, configure, test, administer, deploy, and document new functionalities, business processes, security design, and reporting analytics of the HCM solution. This role also partners with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analysis of data flows for process improvement.

Responsibilities
  1. Participate in the ongoing design, configuration, security, and reporting for Workday HCM and its associated modules, including Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Compensation, Time off and Leave, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Benefits.
  2. Partner and build relationships with stakeholders to advance Workday adoption and ease of use.
  3. Research problems, identify opportunities and seek opinions and feedback on suggested solutions.
  4. Translate business requirements into system requirements.
  5. Create Workday reports.
  6. Provide end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, and escalation management.
  7. Work with application owners to create and deliver system training.

Required Education + Experience
  1. Client requires ship or
  2. Required Workday Certification - HCM Certification (Consulting).
  3. Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development human resources, information systems, or related field.
  4. 5 years' HCM or HRIS experience.
  5. 2 years' Workday experience.
  6. At least two full implementations of Workday, with demonstrated Workday experience.
  7. General understanding of human resources, benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
  8. Ability to work with multiple projects and stakeholders.
  9. Experience translating business requirements into system requirements.
  10. Strong oral and written communications skills.
  11. Great organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  12. Ability to work independently and communicate and work productively as part of multiple fully remote and/or hybrid teams.
