Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle delivery of hotel platforms, from upfront requirements through design, integration, testing, validation, and go live.
Act as the primary technical delivery owner for hotel systems such as:
Property Management Systems
Reservation systems
Key management and related hotel technologies Oversee and coordinate integration work performed by external integration partners (e.g., Integris) and vendor professional services.
Serve as the technical liaison between hotel platform vendors (e.g., Oracle Opera, Windsurfer, Dormakaba) and internal teams.
Ensure integrations between hotel systems and downstream platforms are designed, built, and validated correctly.
Drive environment readiness, including lower environment testing and lab validation prior to production deployment.
Identify schedule dependencies, risks, and issues; escalate appropriately.
Provide delivery inputs to project schedules and support program management activities, even though a dedicated PM exists.
Support onsite testing and installation efforts, particularly in lab environments and during critical onsite windows Required Experience & Skills Demonstrated experience implementing hotel technology platforms.
Strong preference for experience delivering a hotel from ground zero, not simply adding properties to an existing ecosystem.
Broad technical acumen across software, hardware, and third party system integrations.
Ability to ramp up quickly on unfamiliar platforms while maintaining delivery rigor.
Experience working with vendors, integrators, and cross-functional internal teams.
Strong understanding of system integration patterns (APIs, middleware, eventing, security considerations).
Comfortable working extended hours during critical install and validation periods.
