Summary



Primary Objective

Coordinate and govern software releases across U.S. and Canada environments.

Ensure release activities comply with established change management processes and SOX controls.

Review, track, and validate release-related documentation and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Review change requests (RFCs) and release documentation for completeness and compliance.

Maintain and monitor release schedules and deployment calendars.

Identify and flag conflicts between planned releases and change activities.

Prepare and distribute installation memos and release communications.

Submit and track change records in accordance with SOX and audit requirements.

Coordinate planned, emergency, and last-minute release requests.

Track release artifacts, approvals, implementation plans, and supporting documents.

Support cross-functional teams during release planning and execution.

Must-Have Skills

Release Management and Change Management experience.

Strong understanding of RFC and change governance processes.

SOX compliance, audit controls, and documentation management.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience managing release calendars and identifying scheduling conflicts.

Strong written communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Teams, and document-tracking tools.

Preferred Skills

ServiceNow Change Management experience.

Jira and/or Azure DevOps exposure.

ITIL Foundation or ITSM knowledge.

PMO, governance, or compliance background.

Experience supporting retail, POS, or enterprise application releases.

Experience coordinating multi-region releases (U.S. and Canada).
