·         Strong experience in Java application support and debugging.

·         Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reporting.

·         Resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis through Java code walkthroughs.

·         Execute and optimize SQL queries to generate and analyze operational reports.

·         Manage and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs.

·         Participate in incident management, including triage, escalation, and communication with stakeholders.
