SAP Project Manager – Global Program Management

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced **SAP Project Manager** to lead program management activities, coordinate global stakeholders, and ensure disciplined execution across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong leadership presence, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a proactive, ownership-driven approach to program delivery.

The role will primarily focus on program governance, planning, preparation, readiness, stakeholder alignment, and execution discipline, complemented by a solid understanding of SAP programs and implementation activities. The candidate must be comfortable working across different time zones and willing to adjust working hours based on geographical and business requirements.

 ## Key Responsibilities

 - **Program Management and Governance:** Establish and maintain strong program management discipline, governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, milestones, and execution plans.

- **Global Stakeholder Management:** Coordinate with business leaders, IT teams, delivery partners, and stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.

- **Planning and Readiness:** Drive program preparation, resource readiness, milestone planning, dependency management, and overall execution readiness.

- **SAP Program Oversight:** Oversee SAP program activities, coordinate workstreams, monitor implementation progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- **Leadership and Ownership:** Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset while proactively addressing challenges and driving outcomes.

- **Communication and Influence:** Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, influence decisions, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts.

- **Risk and Issue Management:** Identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; develop mitigation strategies; and drive timely resolution of escalations.

- **Performance Tracking and Reporting:** Monitor program progress, milestones, deliverables, KPIs, and key dependencies, providing accurate and actionable updates to leadership.

- **Cross-Geography Coordination:** Manage collaboration across regions and time zones, ensuring effective communication, appropriate meeting schedules, and consistent program execution.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Promote accountability, structured execution, operational discipline, and continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle.
