L2C Deployment Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Spring, TX that is seeking a L2C Deployment Lead.

Summary:
We are seeking a Deployment Lead to own the successful release and deployment of business transformation initiatives. This role will drive end-to-end deployment readiness, adoption planning, risk management, and executive communications across multiple program releases.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead deployment planning and execution for program releases from readiness through post-deployment stabilization
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deployment milestones and release objectives are met
* Drive organizational readiness, change management, training alignment, and user adoption activities
* Develop executive-level status reports, deployment dashboards, and leadership presentations
* Identify, assess, and proactively escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
* Manage critical path activities and coordinate across multiple interconnected workstreams
* Establish deployment metrics and KPIs to measure release effectiveness and adoption
* Facilitate governance reviews and leadership decision-making processes

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of program, deployment, release management, or PMO experience
* Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash business processes and enterprise transformation programs
* Experience managing complex deployments involving multiple stakeholders and business functions
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach
* Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders and uncover risks in a diplomatic, collaborative manner

Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced Excel, Power BI, and dashboard development experience
* Strong PowerPoint and executive reporting skills
* PMO leadership experience
* Experience supporting Quote-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Product Operations, or Services organizations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
