RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst -Retail Systems in Pittsburgh, PA.

Overview:
We are partnering with a growing, consumer-focused organization seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support key digital and retail technology initiatives. This role will work closely with product and engineering teams to help deliver solutions across omni-channel platforms.

You will play a critical role in translating business needs into technical requirements, supporting product development, and improving customer-facing systems across areas like order management, fulfillment, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
* Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
* Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
* Support prioritization of product roadmaps and track progress against goals
* Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and test scenarios
* Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
* Assist with change management and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives
* Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate product performance and enhancements
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement efforts

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
* Background supporting retail, eCommerce, or customer-facing applications preferred
* Strong experience gathering requirements and writing functional documentation
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
