Must-Have Skills:

Strong R programming and R Studio experience with the ability to develop, back-test, and deploy statistical models (5+ years).
Solid statistical background and experience building robust, production-ready models.
Proficiency in SQL for data management and integration.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with ADABAS/Natural databases and Agile development methodology.
Familiarity with Windows 7/10 environments and user acceptance testing (UAT).
