We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology transformation projects for a Florida state agency, including software development, hardware replacements, data migrations, and governance initiatives.

What You Need: --- Prefer state experience
12+ years IT project management experience
PMP or CSM certification preferred
Agile/Scrum and Feature Driven Design experience
Azure DevOps or GitHub for backlog management
Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
Earned Value Management (EVM, CPI, SPI)
Experience writing BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Power BI or Tableau experience
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
UAT planning and execution experience

What You'll Do:
Lead IT projects from planning through delivery
Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams
Work directly with business stakeholders on requirements
Create project documentation and weekly status reports
Mentor agency staff on PM best practices
On-site in Tallahassee (hybrid possible)
