Job Responsibilities
- The Site Lead shall be responsible for leading and coordinating all contract support personnel performing LMS help desk, functional support, training, and documentation activities.
- The individual shall serve as the single point of contact for the Government and act as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer s Representative. The Site Lead shall attend meetings, briefings, and performance reviews as required and ensure all contract requirements are executed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
- The Site Lead shall maintain full authority over daily operations, ensure adequate staffing coverage, and enforce performance standards across all task areas.
- The Site Lead shall be available during designated core hours and capable of responding to operational issues to ensure continuity of services.
- Oversee all LMS support operations, including management of help desk ticket intake, assignment, tracking, and resolution in accordance with established service level agreements.
- The individual shall ensure effective administration and support of the Canvas Learning Management System, including user account management, course and content support, issue resolution, and coordination with Government stakeholders.
- The Site Lead shall ensure training requirements are executed, including coordination and delivery of instructor-led training and maintenance of training materials. The individual shall also ensure development and maintenance of required documentation, including standard operating procedures, continuity of operations materials, and recurring reports. The Site Lead shall ensure compliance with all Government-directed systems, processes, and reporting requirements.
Required skills and experience
- Bachelor s Degree or Associates in, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience working with Canvas Learning Management Systems and a minimum of five (5) years of experience leading small teams in a professional environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise LMS environments, including user support, issue resolution, and coordination with stakeholders in structured operational settings.
- Experience working within a ticketing or service management environment and managing support activities in accordance with defined service levels and performance standards.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills sufficient to interface Government stakeholders, lead teams, and provide clear reporting and documentation.
