Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dynatrace Consultant to lead and support enterprise observability initiatives within a healthcare technology environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dynatrace, Application Performance Monitoring (APM), observability architecture, and enterprise-scale monitoring solutions. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing monitoring strategies across complex application and infrastructure ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise observability solutions using Dynatrace.
  • Configure and optimize Dynatrace OneAgent deployments, dashboards, alerting, and monitoring policies.
  • Monitor application, infrastructure, cloud, and user experience performance across enterprise environments.
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex performance and availability issues.
  • Develop observability strategies for cloud-native, hybrid, and distributed systems.
  • Collaborate with application development, infrastructure, DevOps, and operations teams to improve system reliability.
  • Create executive and operational dashboards for performance visibility and business insights.
  • Establish monitoring standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Support automation and integration of Dynatrace with enterprise ITSM and DevOps platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams on observability best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Dynatrace OneAgent
    • Real User Monitoring (RUM)
    • Synthetic Monitoring
    • Distributed Tracing
    • Service Flow Analysis
    • Custom Dashboards and Alerting
    • Davis AI and Problem Detection
  • Experience with Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and observability platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
  • Experience monitoring enterprise-scale applications and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Understanding of microservices, containers, Kubernetes, and modern application architectures.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Healthcare or Healthcare Technology environments.
  • Background in AI Observability, Agentic AI, or Multi-Agent monitoring frameworks.
  • Experience integrating Dynatrace with ServiceNow, Splunk, Grafana, or other observability tools.
  • Dynatrace certification(s).
  • Experience with DevOps, SRE, and cloud-native monitoring practices.
