Summary

JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Analyst to design and implement digital solutions, including data visualization, analytics, and validation dashboards, for the Orthopaedics business in EMEA. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, effective execution, and monitoring of key processes, requiring strong expertise in data analysis tools such as Alteryx, R, and Excel. Key Responsibilities Generate monthly demand snapshots using analytical tools and models, validating data for accuracy. Create monthly inventory projections and cycle-on-cycle changes using Alteryx, ensuring projections meet business requirements. Perform updates in Excel to accurately represent data changes. Use Alteryx flows to consolidate data from SAP P01, SAP S4, and JDE systems to monitor KPIs, material status, and set-up changes. Conduct weekly and quarterly validations of demand changes and safety stock, identify discrepancies, and recommend mitigations. Assess stock over-deployment cases, identify risks, and implement mitigations with stakeholders. Create MIS reports as directed by the EMEA Planning Lead. Analyze large datasets in Excel to provide actionable insights. Manage change control in systems including Windchill, Adaptive, RSC, and TruVault. Support ad hoc tasks as directed by the EMEA Planning Lead. Required Qualifications Graduate degree or higher. 23 years of professional experience in supply chain and data analytics. Strong hands-on skills with MS Office, particularly advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros). Proficiency in Alteryx for data automation, workflow optimization, and reporting. Knowledge of R programming or Power BI for data modeling and analysis. Familiarity with SAP P01, SAP S4, and JDE 8.12 systems. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken). Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and detect discrepancies. Preferred Qualifications Experience in managing change control processes across multiple systems. Prior exposure to multinational supply chain environments. Certifications Certifications in Alteryx, Power BI, or SAP (preferred but not required). Education: Masters Degree
