Job Details

Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for all field operations across multiple commercial construction projects
  • Manage, mentor, and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff
  • Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning, and labor coordination
  • Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and production standards
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, executives, and clients
  • Lead preconstruction planning, site logistics, and execution strategies
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce accountability standards
  • Drive job site efficiency, problem-solving, and proactive decision-making
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations

Qualifications:
  • 8-15+ years of commercial construction experience
  • 5+ years in a leadership role (Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or similar)
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and field teams simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
  • Experience with project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
