RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Atlassian Cloud Administrator to support a growing enterprise environment for one of our clients in Austin, TX.
Summary:
This individual will join the Enterprise Solutions team and provide administrative and operational support across the Atlassian Cloud suite, with a strong focus on responsiveness, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate brings a strong troubleshooting mindset, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence in a cloud environment. This role supports a primarily U.S.-based organization with an expanding global presence, including teams in Bangalore, India. Flexibility to support evening hours aligned with IST is required.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree plus 3+ years of experience (or equivalent professional experience)
* Strong ability to prioritize and reprioritize work in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment
* Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
* Proven experience administering Jira and Confluence within Atlassian Cloud environments
* Experience administering ScriptRunner, including configuration and ongoing support
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications:
* One or more Atlassian certifications
* Scripting or coding experience, preferably with Java
* Experience supporting globally distributed teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
