Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a
Test Manager for a
contract assignment with one of our premier
Banking clients in Farmington Hills, MI or Frisco, TX. Hybrid schedule
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate communication across teams within our IT organization, providing aggregated testing reports to senior management
- Oversee data integration testing for data migration projects from one enterprise organization to another enterprise organization
- Serve as an escalation point for the testing teams and ensures testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards
Required Skills :
- 8 years of formal testing experience with at least 5 years in a test management capacity
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the financial services/banking domain
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with data integration and data migration testing and working with file transfer
- Strong communication skills and leadership background with demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional testing teams
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive test plans, strategies, and methodologies for data-migration projects
- Experience utilizing project management tools (JIRA) and test case management systems (Qtest)
- Demonstrated expertise in tracking testing metrics, generating comprehensive reports, and presenting testing status to stakeholders
- Experience coordinating testing activities with multiple downstream teams and systems
- Understanding of automated configuration management, build processes, and requirements management tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to analyze and resolve complex data integration issues
- Experience establishing standards and guidelines for automation tool selection and implementation
