Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a QA Analyst to join the Ecommerce Fulfillment team. The Quality Assurance Analyst will design test cases and scenarios based on stories from the business users. The candidate is responsible for adhering to standardized QA policies, processes, and documentation standards, overseeing and participating in all aspects of project testing.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in requirements, use cases, and user story reviews.
- Provides accurate estimates for QA resources and testing schedules.
- Creates and gains project approval on project test plans.
- Ensures test cases are traceable to originating story/requirement and those tests fully test feature requirements and/or user story acceptance criteria.
- Assists with standardized reporting and QA metrics.
- Manages defects appropriately by assigning, monitoring, and providing timely communication through the defect lifecycle.
- Conducts QA risk management process throughout the test plan phase, defining and differentiating between risk, defect, and issue.
- Attends team and project meetings as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst.
- 3+ years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- 4+ years of experience in E-commerce.
- Organized, able to meet milestones and deadlines, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge of warehouse management and supply chain systems.
- General working knowledge or experience working with E-commerce Fulfillment businesses.
- Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience working with Manhattan WMi/WMS solution.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of Integration.
