Job Summary
This pivotal role bridges sales and engineering functions, supporting customer engagement while ensuring seamless project execution. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to understand project needs, develop technical solutions, and oversee successful implementation. Bringing a broad application of engineering principles, you will contribute to moderately complex projects with increasing independence, playing a key role in driving technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to product specifications, features, and integration capabilities
  • Clearly communicate technical solutions to both sales teams and clients
  • Ensure proposed solutions are accurately sized and compliant with quality standards
  • Support and lead segments of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation
  • Participate in sales meetings, offering technical insights during customer discussions
  • Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure efficient project execution
  • Estimate project costs and assist in product design decisions alongside sales and production teams
  • Conduct installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of new or custom products in the field
  • Develop tools and documentation to facilitate product transitions to internal teams
  • Contribute to process improvements, design enhancements, and cross-functional problem-solving initiatives

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to work independently on moderately complex technical tasks
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and technical documentation systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
