One of our clients is looking for the position of Technical Specialist based on following skills:
ONSITE
• Manages user access rights and account provisioning throughout the full user lifecycle ,ensuring timely and accurate onboarding, access updates, and offboarding inalignment with established SLAs.
• PerformsIT compliance support tasks, including conducting security scans, identifyingvulnerabilities, and applying required remediation to maintain a secure andcompliant environment.
• Executeoperational identity and access management (IAM) functions to uphold agencysecurity policies, standards, and authorization controls.
• SupportsIT specialists by maintaining and validating metadata, assisting with dataloading, executing unit and system test scripts, and providing applicationmaintenance support.
• Develops, organizes, and maintains platform-specific documentation to ensure continuity, standardization, and accurate operational knowledge across systems.
• Contributes to enhancements of existing infrastructure, software, or database systems bycreating or modifying program modules, writing standard queries, and developingdatabase diagrams.
• Writes and executes unit and systems testing scripts and verifies test results toensure software and system changes meet required specifications and produceexpected outcomes.
• Provides technical troubleshooting and customer service support for IT-related issues, promoting timely resolution and effective communication with end users.
• Supports operational readiness by participating in on-call rotations, performingextended system monitoring, and responding to time‑sensitiveservice requests.
• Assists in maintaining secure and stable IT environments by staying informed ontechnology trends, security practices, and agency procedures relevant toassigned work.
