Summary

 

One of our clients is looking for the position of Technical Specialist based on following skills:

 

ONSITE

 

         Manages user access rights and account provisioning throughout the full user lifecycle ,ensuring timely and accurate onboarding, access updates, and offboarding inalignment with established SLAs.

         PerformsIT compliance support tasks, including conducting security scans, identifyingvulnerabilities, and applying required remediation to maintain a secure andcompliant environment.

         Executeoperational identity and access management (IAM) functions to uphold agencysecurity policies, standards, and authorization controls.

         SupportsIT specialists by maintaining and validating metadata, assisting with dataloading, executing unit and system test scripts, and providing applicationmaintenance support.

         Develops, organizes, and maintains platform-specific documentation to ensure continuity, standardization, and accurate operational knowledge across systems.

         Contributes to enhancements of existing infrastructure, software, or database systems bycreating or modifying program modules, writing standard queries, and developingdatabase diagrams.

         Writes and executes unit and systems testing scripts and verifies test results toensure software and system changes meet required specifications and produceexpected outcomes.

         Provides technical troubleshooting and customer service support for IT-related issues, promoting timely resolution and effective communication with end users.

         Supports operational readiness by participating in on-call rotations, performingextended system monitoring, and responding to time‑sensitiveservice requests.

         Assists in maintaining secure and stable IT environments by staying informed ontechnology trends, security practices, and agency procedures relevant toassigned work.

 

The successful candidate may have to undergo a drug test and background check.
