SAP FICO Architect - Remote / Telecommute

• We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect with strong expertise in S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise financial solutions.
• The role requires deep functional knowledge, architectural leadership, and experience in global financial consolidation and reporting.

Requirement/Must Have:

• 10+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP FICO.
• Experience in at least three full lifecycle implementations in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Group Reporting and financial consolidation.
• Deep expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting, COPA, and Product Costing.
• Strong understanding of intercompany reconciliation and consolidation processes.
• Knowledge of financial close and reporting cycles.
• Experience with global template design and multi-entity environments.
• Strong integration knowledge across SAP modules.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for SAP FICO including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, and Group Reporting.
• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions aligned with business goals and IT strategy.
• Architect and deliver financial consolidation solutions including intercompany elimination and ownership structures.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Lead full lifecycle implementations including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support phases.
• Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise modules.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
• Provide expert guidance on financial processes, regulatory reporting, and compliance.
• Drive process optimization and automation using modern technologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and leadership by presenting solution designs and roadmaps.
• Mentor junior consultants and lead cross-functional teams.
