Role: Enterprise Architect

Type of  Employment: Contract to Hire.

Location: Richardson, TX

 What you’ll be doing

• Design and support implementation of Agile Enterprise architecture services across various Digital Products and Data initiatives in lines with established technical principles, standards and practices.
• Work with technical teams, businesses and end-users to successfully design modern applications, APIs, Data platforms. Help to choose correct technologies based on business strategy, capabilities and requirements, including application, data, technology and integration architecture.
• Lead the analysis and documentation of the current application and integration landscapes, creating future state architectures and roadmaps.
• Creation and management of architecture artefacts and lower-level components. Perform application demonstrations and technical presentations
• Provide technical expertise to design scalable ETL, data lake and data warehouse solutions, including addressing and resolving complex technical issues
• Leading data architecture and design, data strategy to help support business objectives Provide formal technical guidance and informal assistance to engineering teams

 Required skills

• Minimum bachelor’s degree qualification, with strong quantitative background (STEM education background (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) AND/OR an MBA preferred)
• Deep knowledge of cloud architecture platforms (AWS, Azure), Familiarity with data center or critical infrastructure technology ecosystems is a plus
• Familiarity with CRE Advisory ecosystem (Capital Markets, Leasing, Valuations) technology needs is a plus

Technical proficiency, including:

Must Have

• 8+ years of deep solution architecture, enterprise architecture experience
• 5+ years of AWS/Azure data services,
• 2+ years of implementing Web application preferably using React and NodeJS.
• 4+ years of database architecture with Relational database, preferably Postgres
• 4+ years in data platforms and ETL, preferably, Snowflake, Snaplogic, Collibra, Allation, Informatica
• Demonstrable experience in data architecture and design is mandatory
• Demonstrable experience establishing and influencing Enterprise Architecture,  particularly in a new or evolving domain is highly valued

Desirable:

• 3+ years working in an Agile development environment pairing DevOps with CI / CD pipelines
• 3+ years of exposure to modern technologies such as EV, VR, AR, MXR, Hyperautomation
