Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong backend development skills to join our team supporting a project with Wells Fargo. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in building scalable enterprise applications using Java and modern frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications.
Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and product teams.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
Implement secure and scalable solutions following industry best practices.
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Required Skills

7 9 years of experience in Java development.
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Experience with REST APIs development.
Good knowledge of SQL / relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle.
Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Banking / Financial domain.
Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

Education

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
