The company operates with a tight-knit team and specializes in design/build construction across healthcare, commercial, education, religious, retail, industrial, multifamily, automotive, and specialty facilities. They offer a hands-on environment where Superintendents are trusted to run their projects and work closely with leadership.
Your new role Due to continued growth, the company is looking to add Superintendents for several upcoming and active projects. You will be responsible for day-to-day field operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety, quality control, and keeping projects moving from the field through completion. With approximately 95% of work subcontracted, this role is ideal for a Superintendent who is confident managing trades while still being willing to step in and help solve problems when needed.
What you'll need to succeed - Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Strong subcontractor management and field leadership skills
- Experience with ground-up and/or commercial construction
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mentality
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain it
- Experience with Procore preferred
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and similar construction technology
