Role: Technology Strategy Consultant

Experience Profile:
- 7–12+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business architecture, or transformation
- Experience working closely with cross-functional engineering, architecture, and business teams
- Proven experience leading multi-month, cross-functional engagements
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguity and drive decisions using data
- Experience with contact center strategy, operations, or transformation decisioning is a strong plus
- Preferred geographic experience: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island
- Candidates must be within reasonable commuting distance of or able to relocate to Boston, Massachusetts, Merrimack, New Hampshire, or Smithfield, Rhode Island.
