Key Responsibilities- Assist the Engineering team with QA/QC reviews of OSP fiber designs returned by external engineering vendors
- Conduct field walks and site verification, driving to job sites to validate design accuracy and constructability
- Ensure designs comply with municipal standards, codes, and right-of-way requirements
- Support underground-only fiber construction projects from a design verification perspective
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external vendors to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Utilize engineering drawings, maps, and GIS tools to validate routes, handholes, and conduit paths
- Track and communicate design issues, corrections, and approvals in a clear and timely manner
Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves- GIS platforms (ArcGIS or similar)
- Vendor coordination or management experience
- Prior exposure to fiber design, drafting, or engineering workflows
