Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with expertise in Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce Data Cloud to design, develop, and support scalable marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud development, campaign automation, customer segmentation, and Salesforce integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Personalization.
Implement and support Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) for lead nurturing, lead scoring, campaign automation, and prospect management.
Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud to enable customer segmentation, audience activation, and unified customer profiles.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), and Automation Studio workflows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable marketing automation solutions.
Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party applications using APIs and connectors.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
Support campaign deployment, testing, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud integration and customer segmentation.
Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML, CSS, and Automation Studio.
Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder, and Audience Builder.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM integration and REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience troubleshooting Marketing Cloud solutions and optimizing campaign performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
