Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET / Blazor / Razor / Enterprise Web)

Location: Remote 

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using modern .NET technologies.
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces using a mix of Blazor, ASP.NET MVC/Razor, and dynamic UI patterns using jQuery and client-side templating frameworks.
• Contribute to modernization initiatives and architectural improvements across existing systems.
• Develop backend APIs, services, and database integrations.
• Collaborate within Scrum-based teams and participate in peer code reviews.
• Write unit tests and contribute to CI/CD workflows.
• Develop reporting solutions and data-driven interfaces.

Required Technical Skills

.NET Development

• Strong experience with C# (.NET Framework and modern .NET / .NET Core).
• Experience maintaining or working with VB.NET systems.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC and Razor-based development.
• Experience building applications using Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly).
• Knowledge of Entity Framework or similar ORMs.
• Experience with Web APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Familiarity with SignalR, WebSockets, or real-time communication is a plus.
• Experience maintaining or integrating legacy services (WCF/Web Services).

Frontend Development

      Our frontend architecture includes multiple approaches; candidates should be comfortable working across:

• Blazor component-based UI development.
• ASP.NET MVC with Razor views.
• jQuery-based dynamic UI development.
• Client-side templating frameworks such as Handlebars or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS, and responsive web design.

Database & Reporting

• Advanced SQL experience (T-SQL and/or PL/SQL).
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience with stored procedures, transactions, and query optimization.
• Experience working with RDLC Reporting.

Software Engineering Practices

• Git workflows.
• Agile/Scrum development.
• Unit testing and code review practices.
• CI/CD pipelines.

Additional Skills (Highly Desired)

• Cloud platforms: AWS and/or Azure.
• Python development experience for automation, backend tooling, or data workflows (shared team competency encouraged).
• IIS configuration and deployment workflows.
• SQL Server performance tuning.
• Bootstrap or modern CSS frameworks.
• JIRA or similar project tracking tools.
