Client is seeking a Salesforce CRM Solution / Technical Architect (P5) to serve as the design authority for complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. 
This role is accountable for end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring Salesforce implementations are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with McKesson’s enterprise architecture standards and operating model. 

Required Skills: Salesforce solution or technical architecture; Deep hands-on expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. 

Job Duties - 
Solution Architecture & Design Leadership
Serve as the solution and technical design authority for Salesforce CRM initiatives across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Define end-to-end solution architectures, including functional design, data model alignment, and integration patterns.
Ensure designs align with McKesson Salesforce architecture standards and reusable patterns.
Architecture Governance & Quality Control
Participate in and present designs to Salesforce Architecture Review Boards (ARB).
Review and approve solution designs from internal teams and system integrators.
Enforce architectural guardrails, coding standards, and design best practices.
Integration & Data Architecture Alignment
Partner with Integration and Data Architects to define API, event-driven, and batch integration designs.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.
Guide teams on error handling, reconciliation, and resiliency patterns.
Delivery Partnership & Execution Support
Partner with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Delivery Leads throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Provide hands-on architectural guidance during build, testing, and deployment phases.
Support complex technical issue resolution and L3 architectural escalations.
Security, Compliance & Platform Standards
Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, SOX, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Apply Salesforce security best practices including access controls, data protection, and auditability.
Support platform modernization, technical debt remediation, and org health initiatives.

Job Requirements - 
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. 
8–10+ years of experience in Salesforce solution or technical architecture. 
Deep hands-on expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. 
Strong experience designing integrations, custom Apex, Lightning components, and declarative solutions. 
Experience working within Agile delivery models and across multiple Salesforce orgs. 
Proven ability to influence technical and business stakeholders. 
Desired Skills & Experience - Preferred Qualifications 
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA (preferred). 
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries. 
Experience working with system integrators and vendor-led delivery models. 
Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) and DevOps tooling.
