Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of robust mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Architect and implement complex AI-driven features within mobile applications.
- Drive agile planning and technical design, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize app performance and scalability while integrating advanced AI services.
Skills
- Extensive experience with Flutter and Dart programming.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture paradigms and design patterns.
- Proven ability to deliver complex mobile projects in an agile environment.
- Experience with app publishing on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Expertise in integrating RESTful APIs and optimizing app performance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI integrations in mobile applications.
- Familiarity with real estate workflows or prop-tech industries.
- Strong knowledge of advanced analytics and predictive features in mobile solutions.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing complex chat interfaces.
