As a Full Stack Engineer within Client Service & Support (CS&S), you'll design, build, and enhance internal web tools and automation that support teams serving Schwab clients. Your work helps streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve the reliability of systems that thousands of colleagues rely on every day.

You'll collaborate with engineers, product partners, and business stakeholders in a supportive, inclusive environment where ideas are encouraged and learning is continuous. What You'll Do
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications that support internal users
  • Apply full-stack development practices to create clean, reusable, and well-tested code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into thoughtful technical solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and user experience through technology
  • Build and support internal tools, intranet applications, and monitoring solutions
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement activities

What you have

Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience building web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React and TypeScript
  • 2+ years of professional experience developing back-end services using C# and .NET Core
  • 2+ years of experience using DevOps or CI/CD tools to support secure development and deployment
  • Ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs to support reliable and scalable applications
  • Ability to work with SQL and relational databases to develop queries while maintaining data accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate effectively by listening actively, sharing ideas clearly, and incorporating feedback
  • Ability to analyze technical challenges, apply sound judgment, and deliver effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based delivery environments
  • Familiarity with additional JavaScript frameworks or modern front-end patterns
  • Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts such as OAuth or JSON Web Tokens
  • Experience building tools or applications that support internal teams or operational workflows
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and skill development
