Job Title: SAP MDG Team Lead (Techno-Functional)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDG Team Lead with strong techno-functional expertise to lead end-to-end Master Data Governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP MDG implementations, data modeling, and workflow configuration, along with leadership capabilities to manage teams and stakeholder interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Delivery:
Lead SAP MDG implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Requirement Gathering & Design:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical design documents.
MDG Configuration & Development:
Configure and customize SAP MDG modules (Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance) including:
- Data Modeling
- UI Modeling (FPM)
- Workflow configuration using BRF+
Data Integration & Replication:
Design and implement data replication frameworks using DRF, ALE, SOA, and Web Services.
Data Quality & Governance:
Establish and enforce data governance policies including data validation, cleansing, and standardization.
Support & Maintenance:
Provide post-go-live support, hypercare, and ongoing enhancements for MDG processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience:
- 8+ years of overall SAP experience
- 2+ full-cycle SAP MDG implementations
Technical Expertise:
- SAP MDG (Material, Customer, Vendor domains)
- BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus)
- Data Modeling & Workflow Configuration
- DRF (Data Replication Framework)
- SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
- FPM (Floorplan Manager) UI Modeling
Functional Knowledge:
Strong understanding of logistics modules (SD/MM) and master data governance processes.
Tools & Integration:
Experience with:
- Data Migration (DIF/DEF)
- Change Pointers
- ALE/IDocs

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP MDG Certification
Experience leading teams or acting as a solution lead
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with S/4HANA MDG
Exposure to data governance frameworks or tools
