IT Analyst – Executive Information Services

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with executive meeting requests and support.
• Provide advanced technical assistance for hardware and software challenges.
• Oversee the ordering and distribution of standard PCs, mobile devices, and software solutions.
• Lead client-focused IT projects to improve service delivery.

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent, verified prior to start.
• Minimum one year of experience in helpdesk or on-site PC support.
• Experience with technical customer service across various environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Three years of experience in helpdesk or on-site PC support.
• Familiarity with iOS devices.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
