Title: ServiceNow ITSM Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX / San Francisco, CA / Cincinnati, OH – Hybrid 3 days
Duration: Long Term
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, configure, and develop solutions within the ServiceNow ITSM module
· Implement and customize ITSM applications such as:
o Incident Management
o Problem Management
o Change Management
o Service Catalog
o Knowledge Management
· Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
· Perform ServiceNow platform administration, upgrades, and enhancements
· Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
· Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization
· Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support
