A Chicago-based, early-stage technology startup is hiring a full-time Staff Fullstack Engineer to help build a brand-new platform from the ground up. This role is hybrid (Tuesday-Thursday onsite) and centers on modern web technologies including Python (FastAPI), Vue.js, and AI-assisted development in a highly data-driven environment.

The company is looking for a hands-on technical leader - someone who enjoys building, mentoring, and driving solutions - with a clear runway into formal leadership as the team scales. If you thrive in greenfield environments, care deeply about product quality, and want meaningful ownership, this role offers long-term growth and impact.
