Location: Newington, NH


Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 + 6% Bonus


Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to work on cutting-edge technology in a highly specialized engineering environment? We are seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff to lead the design and development of advanced electronic systems used in mission-critical applications. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams while driving innovation from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities


  • Design, simulate, and develop analog and digital circuits, including microcontrollers, FPGAs, and electro-optic components

  • Develop fault-tolerant, high-reliability electronic systems

  • Lead product verification, qualification testing, and validation activities

  • Create test plans and support new product introduction into manufacturing

  • Perform hands-on laboratory testing, prototyping, circuit assembly, and troubleshooting

  • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, optical, and reliability engineering teams

  • Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support product development initiatives


Qualifications


  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field

  • 10+ years of electrical engineering or related experience

  • Strong background in circuit design, data analysis, and programming

  • Experience with analog/digital electronics, optical components, and fiber optic technologies

  • Hands-on laboratory, soldering, and electronic assembly experience

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project leadership skills

  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions
