Procurement Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead procurement activities across various projects and business lines, driving efficiency and cost savings.

• Lead and manage procurement activities, ensuring successful execution across the organization.
• Identify sourcing opportunities and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, documenting requirements and managing surrounding activities.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contracts, ensuring value and compliance with purchasing policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, conducting performance reviews and addressing issues proactively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and provide guidance on procurement processes.
• Analyze spend data and process metrics to recommend improvements and drive savings initiatives.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings.
• Proficiency in procurement software and contract systems, with experience in Coupa preferred.

• Background in IT or Marketing procurement.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven track record of achieving cost savings and improving procurement processes.
