Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead procurement activities across various projects and business lines, driving efficiency and cost savings.
<>Responsibilities>- Lead and manage procurement activities, ensuring successful execution across the organization.
- Identify sourcing opportunities and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, documenting requirements and managing surrounding activities.
- Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contracts, ensuring value and compliance with purchasing policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, conducting performance reviews and addressing issues proactively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and provide guidance on procurement processes.
- Analyze spend data and process metrics to recommend improvements and drive savings initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings.
- Proficiency in procurement software and contract systems, with experience in Coupa preferred.
- Background in IT or Marketing procurement.
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings and improving procurement processes.
