About the Job- We are looking for an experienced Data Governance & Policy Automation Developer to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Java, REST APIs, RBAC/ABAC along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Skillset Required:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java / Java-based service integration.
- Experience with Camunda workflow engine or similar workflow orchestration platforms.
- Ability to integrate workflow capabilities with Java-based services and APIs
- Good understanding of enterprise workflow automation, auditability, and compliance-driven process flows.
- Experience working with REST APIs and integration-heavy application architecture.
- React experience for portal/UI-related development.
- Familiarity with entitlement frameworks, RBAC/ABAC concepts, or policy-driven access control.
Secondary / Good-to-Have Skills:
- Python exposure is helpful, but not the primary requirement.
- Understanding of data governance or data access automation platforms.
- Prior experience in large financial services or regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
Role Expectations:
- Resource should be able to quickly understand the existing framework and contribute to feature development and automation backlog execution.
- The focus will be on accelerating automation of manual steps, integrating workflow processes, and improving the overall entitlement/governance workflow experience.
- Candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery setup with clear near-term milestones.
- Strong problem-solving, hands-on coding, and integration skills are essential.
