Genesis10 is currently seeking a Delivery Lead for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role will oversee project delivery using Agile methodologies, ensuring effective coordination among stakeholders and alignment with financial objectives. The Delivery Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing resources, timelines, and budgets. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week onsite.
Responsibilities: - Oversee project delivery using Agile methodologies
- Plan, execute, and close projects while managing resources, timelines, and budgets
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Report and present project status to leadership
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Lead
- Proven experience in project management and Agile frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid understanding of financial principles and budget management
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and data analysis skills
Desired skills: - Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP)
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members
Pay Range: $54.54 - $62.54
