Senior IT Business Partner (ITBP) – SAP | 3PL | Supply Chain Integration
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior IT Business Partner (ITBP) to lead a mission-critical SAP ERP integration program across Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, and Transportation functions.
This role will serve as the primary technology leader bridging business and IT, driving end-to-end integration between SAP (ECC/S/4), Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouse systems, and global carrier platforms including UPS. The objective is to enable scalable, automated, and resilient supply chain operations that directly support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and superior customer experience.
What You’ll Be Responsible For

Act as the primary IT liaison for Logistics, Distribution, Transportation, and Order Fulfillment leaders.
Align integration strategy with supply chain goals and operational priorities.
Translate complex business needs into scalable SAP and integration solutions.
Advise senior stakeholders on logistics technology roadmap and transformation strategy.
Build trusted relationships with VP-level and operational leadership.
< data-start="1296" data-end="1343">SAP – 3PL – Carrier Integration Leadership
Lead end-to-end SAP ERP integration with 3PL warehouse systems and carrier platforms such as UPS.
Oversee integration of key supply chain processes:
Order fulfillment and warehouse execution
Inventory synchronization
Shipping execution and carrier connectivity
ASN, shipment confirmation, and tracking
Freight label generation and manifesting
Reverse logistics and returns
Ensure seamless connectivity across SAP (ECC/S4), middleware (EDI/API), 3PL WMS, and carrier systems.
Drive coordination across SAP functional teams, integration teams, 3PLs, and carrier partners.

Lead complex, cross-functional integration programs across multiple platforms and partners.
Define and govern integration architecture, data flows, and process orchestration.
Oversee delivery across all phases:
Requirements & solution design
System Integration Testing (SIT)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Cutover & deployment
Go-live & hypercare
Ensure delivery meets timeline, budget, and quality objectives.

Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and improve productivity.
Design solutions that support scalability and future business growth.

Facilitate alignment across business, IT, 3PL, and carrier partners.
Drive executive reporting and cross-functional issue resolution.
Lead organizational readiness and change management activities.

Identify integration risks and define mitigation strategies.
Ensure data integrity, reliability, and operational continuity.
Drive seamless cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization.

Ensure accountability, quality delivery, and alignment with program goals.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience leading SAP ERP integration programs (ECC or S/4).
Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, warehouse, and transportation processes.
Proven experience integrating SAP with 3PL and carrier platforms.
Expertise in EDI/API integrations and middleware.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
