AV Project / Implementation Manager

We are seeking an experienced AV Project / Implementation Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise Audio-Visual (AV) deployment, upgrade, and technology refresh programs across multiple locations. This role is responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle from planning and execution through commissioning and handover while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AV implementation projects, including planning, deployment, testing, commissioning, and project closure.
• Lead multi-site AV deployment and refresh initiatives across enterprise environments.
• Coordinate with OEMs, AV integrators, contractors, vendors, and local site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and implementation timelines.
• Monitor project costs, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support the transition and integration of existing and in-flight AV projects.
• Ensure compliance with AV design standards, quality benchmarks, security requirements, and operational procedures.
• Conduct project review meetings and drive issue resolution to minimize deployment delays.
• Oversee acceptance testing, documentation, and handover to support and operations teams.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure a high-quality deployment experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing enterprise AV deployment, upgrade, or refresh programs.
• Strong background in multi-site AV implementations and project delivery.
• Experience coordinating with multiple vendors, OEMs, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project planning, scheduling, and execution capabilities.
• Strong risk, issue, and dependency management skills.
• Knowledge of AV technologies, conferencing solutions, collaboration platforms, and room systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• AVIXA CTS certification or equivalent AV industry experience.
• Familiarity with global enterprise AV standards and deployment methodologies.

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
