About the RoleWe're supporting a major healthcare organization in Honolulu seeking an experienced Health Information Systems Manager to lead and support enterprise clinical and revenue-cycle applications. This person will oversee HIS operations, partner closely with business leaders, and drive successful IT initiatives across a fast-paced, highly integrated environment.Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, management, support, and monitoring of health information systems and assigned projects.
- Oversee clinical and revenue-cycle applications, including EPIC/CARE*Link and related systems.
- Partner with administrative and operational leaders to enhance business processes using IT solutions.
- Provide leadership to project managers and ensure high-quality, efficient delivery of IT services.
- Drive technical implementation, successful project completion, and stakeholder acceptance.
- Manage a remote team of 17 within an enterprise hospital environment with many moving parts.
Required Experience- 5+ years in Information Technology, including 3+ years in healthcare.
- Experience in acute care or integrated healthcare delivery preferred.
- 3+ years of management experience, including fiscal and HR responsibilities.
- Project management and organizational change management experience preferred.
- 4 year Degree or higher
Technical Skills Preferred- EPIC / CARE*Link (Clinical or Revenue Cycle)
- Database experience: Oracle, Cach, Cogito, Caboodle
- Knowledge of web and Windows servers (ECSA)
- Experience in EDI, Radiant, security, and disaster recovery (DR) processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a complex, enterprise hospital setting
Additional Skills & QualificationsOver Cogido, DBA, Oracle, ECSA (web and windows servers), Caboodle, Casche, and security, Radiant, EDI. Would like this person to have a technical experience with awareness and processes of databases and DR. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in enterprise level hospital environment with a lots of moving pieces

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
