Summary

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Development Manager with strong expertise in Java and the CRX (Content Repository Extreme) repository to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise digital experience solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing AEM development teams, architecting scalable content management solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality web applications.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and architecture.
Expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot/Spring Framework, and RESTful web services.
Hands-on experience with the CRX repository, including content modeling, repository management, and optimization.
Experience developing AEM components, templates, workflows, Sling Models, OSGi services, and Dispatcher configurations.
Knowledge of Apache Sling, JCR, Apache Jackrabbit, and Maven.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end integration.
Strong understanding of Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
