Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer with strong expertise in Smart Investigate (SIU/Fraud Investigation) solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level Pega applications with deep knowledge of case management, workflow automation, integrations, and investigation workflows.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC application development
Strong experience with Pega Smart Investigate / SIU frameworks
Hands-on experience in Pega Infinity and case management applications
Expertise in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC)
Experience in designing workflows, decision rules, UI sections, and integrations
Strong understanding of fraud investigation and claims investigation processes
Experience with REST/SOAP services and external system integrations
Knowledge of Pega security, performance tuning, and deployment strategies
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and client interaction skills

Preferred Qualifications

Pega CSA/CSSA Required
Experience in Insurance or Financial Services domain is a plus
Experience with Smart Dispute or Customer Service framework is an added advantage
Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD processes

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance Pega Smart Investigate applications
Build reusable components and enterprise workflows
Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze requirements
Develop integrations with third-party and enterprise applications
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices
Support Agile ceremonies and project deliverables
