Job Title: Client Migration & Operational Excellence Consultant (LaunchBay)

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced consultant to design and optimize scalable client onboarding and migration operations. The role focuses on process standardization, workflow automation, operational documentation, reporting frameworks, and migration enablement across the client lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and improve end-to-end migration and onboarding workflows
Design standardized operational frameworks, stage gates, and escalation processes
Develop workflow templates, onboarding structures, and task management processes
Create SOPs, Work Instructions, onboarding guides, and operational documentation
Build and maintain knowledge repositories using platforms such as Confluence
Support workflow automation and lifecycle management using LaunchBay or similar systems
Develop reporting, dashboard, and operational tracking frameworks
Create migration analysis, configuration validation, and implementation support methodologies
Collaborate with onboarding, implementation, and operations teams to drive process improvements
Support AI-assisted operational analysis and knowledge extraction initiatives

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in onboarding operations, implementation consulting, process improvement, PMO, or migration operations
Strong experience with workflow optimization, SOP development, and operational documentation
Experience with onboarding, implementation, or SaaS operational environments
Knowledge of workflow automation and reporting tools
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with Confluence, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Lucidchart, or similar tools
Familiarity with AI-assisted process analysis and operational enablement
PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred
