RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Frisco, TX that is seeking an HR Coordinator to support a corporate Human Resources team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional who enjoys working with data, systems, and administrative processes.
Summary:
This position will provide day-to-day support across a wide range of HR functions, including processing transactions, coordinating communications, and managing employee data. The role is highly collaborative and supports internal leaders by ensuring HR processes are executed accurately and efficiently. A significant portion of the work involves managing and analyzing data across multiple spreadsheets, compiling reports, and assisting with HR system updates. The environment is structured, process-driven, and requires a high level of attention to detail. This is a hands-on role suited for someone comfortable working with large volumes of data and supporting multiple priorities in a structured environment.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting HR operations and administrative processes
* Processing HR transactions within internal systems
* Compiling, organizing, and analyzing employee data
* Creating and maintaining reports using Excel
* Coordinating communications across internal teams
* Assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes and documentation
* Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information
REQUIREMENTS:
* 1-2+ years of Human Resources or related administrative experience
* Experience working with HR systems (Workday or similar preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working with repetitive, process-driven tasks
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including:
* Formulas
* VLOOKUPs
* Pivot tables
* Data organization and cleanup
Nice to Have:
* Experience with I-9 verification or HR compliance processes
* Exposure to generalist HR functions
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
