Senior Controls Engineer - Holland, Michigan - (on-site)

Contract: September 8 – November 5, 2026
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong Mitsubishi PLC controls experience, particularly GX Works3 / GX Works, with experience developing and designing controls software for automated machinery.

Key requirements:

• Strong Mitsubishi PLC programming experience
• GX Works3 experience is highly preferred
• Controls software and HMI development
• Experience with machine commissioning and startup
• Ability to program and troubleshoot controls/robotic equipment
• Understanding of electrical circuits, pneumatics, hydraulics, VFDs, servos and industrial communication networks
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer-facing experience and ability to work professionally under pressure
• Willingness to work onsite in Holland, MI and at customer locations as required
• Yaskawa robot programming experience is a strong plus.
