Education: Bachelor's Degree in a field of study related to technology or finance. Work experience can substitute on a year for year basis for the degree.
Certifications:
· Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA)
· Certificate of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)
· Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
Required Experience:
1. 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
2. Experience as a BA in large scale software projects
3. Extensive knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
4. Experience with meeting facilitation
5. Experience with business analysis and requirements documentation
6. Experience in designing quality test processes to identify defects
7. Experience in using JIRA to document defects and monitor resolution
8. Experience performing differing test methodologies in IT projects to find defects
9. Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
10. Ability to work independently and cooperatively with project team members and stakeholders
11. Ability to deliver assignments in the agreed schedule and of effective quality
12. Accountable to the department assigned Business Support Program Manager for all phases of the PALM project
Preferred Experience:
1. Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience
2. Experience with MS-Project
3. Experience with MS-Visio
