Customer Strategic Architect (CSA) Job Description

The CSA is a senior technical sales leader responsible for aligning a customer s business strategy and IT priorities with Finastra s lending solutions. The CSA works closely with Clevel executives (CIO, CTO, CDO, and often COO/CFO) to define and execute longterm transformation strategies for customer s lending business, acting as a trusted advisor and technical counterpart to the Account Executive.

Own and articulate the customer s endtoend technology requirements
Translate business outcomes into technical roadmaps and reference architectures aligned with Finastra s solutions.
Act as the primary technology advisor to the client
Develop mid to longterm technology roadmaps aligned to customer environments and industry trends
Lead and coordinate crossfunctional teams (solution architects, enterprise and technical architects).
Act as the voice of the customer internally within Finastra

Qualifications

Senior - 15+ years, Lead 20+yrs, Principle 25+ yrs; in technical consulting, enterprise presales, or consultative selling roles
Experience in Fintech, preferably in a treasury management solution company
Proven experience engaging Csuite stakeholders in complex enterprise environments
Java/ Dot Net expert
Strong experience in digital transformation, cloud, or technologyled business outcomes.
