Job Title: Oracle Configurator Consultant

Location: Chambersburg, PA (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days onsite per week)

Duration: Immediate Start through April 31, 2027

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Configurator Consultant to support the migration of product configuration capabilities from a legacy ERP platform to Oracle E-Business Suite R12. The consultant will work from approved business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs to implement Oracle Configurator models that support product selection, engineering, pricing, manufacturing, quoting, and order management processes.

This role will serve as the technical implementation owner for assigned Oracle Configurator deliverables while partnering closely with internal functional, technical, engineering, and business teams. The consultant will develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Oracle Configurator solutions that align with approved business requirements and enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Configurator models, rules, and user interfaces within Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
• Implement approved product-selection, engineering, pricing, and manufacturing requirements as Oracle Configurator models and rule structures.
• Build and maintain model items, features, option classes, options, defaults, compatibility rules, validation rules, and guided-selling logic.
• Configure and support Oracle Configurator user interfaces used for quoting and order-entry processes.
• Integrate Oracle Configurator with Oracle Inventory, Bills of Material (BOM), Engineering, Order Management, Quoting, Advanced Pricing, Work in Process (WIP), Routing, and Planning modules.
• Execute unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, deployment support, and production validation activities.
• Collaborate with internal functional and technical teams to ensure implementations align with approved specifications and design standards.
• Develop technical documentation, configuration documentation, testing artifacts, deployment guides, and support procedures.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for Oracle Configurator functionality and integrations.
• Support migration activities from legacy ERP platforms to Oracle EBS R12 environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS experience with strong Oracle Configurator expertise.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting Oracle Configurator solutions in manufacturing environments.
• Experience integrating Oracle Configurator with Order Management and manufacturing modules.
• Strong understanding of product configuration, quoting, pricing, engineering, and manufacturing business processes.
• Experience creating technical specifications, test plans, deployment documentation, and support materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical stakeholders.
